Interview preparation starts from Day 1. We conduct daily 'News Reading' sessions, weekly debates on current affairs, and mock interviews with retired defence officers to remove hesitation and build confidence.

Yes, Daksha Defence Academy offers the 'Veer Scholarship' for wards of serving defence personnel and martyrs, as well as merit-based fee waivers for students who perform exceptionally well in our entrance scholarship test (DAKSHA-SAT).

Eligibility is primarily based on age criteria determined by the student's date of birth, the target school, the admission class, and the exam year. Each institution has its own DOB window:
  • AISSEE (Sainik Schools) & RMS — For Class 6 entry, the student must be born between 1 April (Exam Year − 11) and 31 March (Exam Year − 9). For Class 9, the window shifts to (Exam Year − 14) to (Exam Year − 12).
  • UP Sainik Schools — For Class 6, DOB must fall between 2 July (Exam Year − 11) and 1 January (Exam Year − 8). Class 7 and Class 9 entries have proportionally adjusted windows.
